EMPTY HAND COMBAT
Prioritizing training is important. Most violent encounters are hand to hand, so this is where ICS
places its focus.

EDGED WEAPON
Knife encounters are incredibly dangerous and should be avoided at all cost. That being said, it's important to learn how to defend against edged weapons, and in order to do that effectively, you must learn how to use an edged weapon. ICS teaches knife defense, disarm, and combat.

BASIC PISTOL SAFETY
ICS plans to expand in this area over time. Our focus is on empty hand and edged, but we believe basic pistol knowledge is essential for those who wish to carry. Basic courses will be held locally, and some instruction will be available on-line.

COMBAT FITNESS

You don't have to be a Seal to appreciate their motto. It's one everyone should understand, respect, and adhere to. If you're interested in combat related fitness, ICS has great training programs for you!

BOXING
Boxing is the ultimate platform to build on. It offers incredible fitness benefits, and teaches proper footwork, balance, defense, punching, and more. ICS integrates Boxing into its training and fitness programs so students can work on conditioning while expanding their ability to defend themselves.
